Flow Fitness Brand & Locations Color Palette

The owner of Flow Fitness was ready to rebrand and refresh their existing gyms in South Lake Union and Freemont. But previous brand and space designs never quite hit where he wanted. SV took a different approach, stepped back to the brand palette revision, and used it as a base to move in a preferred direction. The new brand palette colors harken to the existing deep blue anchor of the palette but are energized with complementary accent colors.

Each of the gyms, while having its own character, need to fit into a future “prototype” design. We worked with the owner to examine several themes, from trendy and weighlift-y, to calming and spa-like, to determine a look that was unique to the Flow Fitness brand but also belonged in the world of fitness centers.
