Fred Hutch On-Call

To maintain campus wide standards, efficient budgets and timely project turnarounds, the Fred Hutch projects used a consist on-call project team – architect, engineers and general contractor. This allowed for easy, consistent communication, use of materials on multiple projects and consistent accountability for the members of the project team. Additionally, these projects always took a holistic look at their campus trying to maximize existing conditions, maintain standards, and minimize unnecessary construction costs. These projects were required to say on budget and on time since these spaces were tied to grant based research.

Emily completed these projects at a previous firm and was responsible for all design and documentation from schematic design through construction administration.
