LWIT Exterior Painting & Signage

SV was tasked with providing a new paint scheme and updating the exterior signage for several buildings on the campus of Lake Washington Institute of Technology. The majority of the scope focused on three buildings, East Building, West Building, and Tech Center, with minimal work on the Allied Health Building and various stand-alone features on campus.

We were presented with a unique challenge in that many of the buildings include pre-finished metal siding and roofs that would not be replaced or painted, requiring us to design a new look that complemented the colors to remain. We created a palette that used green as the main accent colors, providing a perfect complement to the red that will remain. LWIT blue was incorporated as a secondary accent, allowing for notable branding.

Additionally, all of the exterior signage is being replaced to coordinate with the new color scheme by placing an emphasis on the use of LWIT blue.

This project is currently on hold.
