Hudson Pacific Properties Seattle Office

Honoring what exists

When Hudson Pacific Properties relocated their office, they wanted a space that stood out and felt sophisticated while still being economical. Throughout the design process, Emily worked closely with the client to determine the key high-impact design areas. She then focused design costs in these areas and opted to use economical solutions for the remaining spaces. Additionally, the design reused as much of the existing architecture as possible to reduce construction costs, including highlighting the existing exposed timber as a design feature.

Emily completed this project at a previous firm and was responsible for the schematic design and project management of design development through construction administration.
